In Orientation week the Library offers some special events to help new students familiarise themselves with the Library. Popular events include:
- Top Library Tips in 30 minutes
- Library Tours
- Step One to being an Email Ninja
The Law Library collaborates with the Law Faculty in orientation activities and offers a combined online quiz and face-to-face activity in O-week.
Medical students can look forward to an orientation game in the Main Library using their smartphones or tablets, also in O-week.

Undergraduate students, as well as postgraduates and staff, at Bond can make use of the free Document Delivery service to obtain copies or loans of resources not available at Bond University Library.Read more
The Library offers a range of workshops for students covering library research skills, referencing and reference management tools such as EndNote and RefWorks. Workshops suited for undergraduate and higher degree research students are available. If you have ideas for other classes and workshops talk to your Faculty Librarian.

The Library can assist you with accessing and searching the Library’s resources. Ask us in person in the Library or via the Ask A Librarian page for help with:
- Finding books, articles and other resources for an assignment
- Accessing course resources for your subjects including textbooks and readings
- Getting the full text of resources you need
- Using RefWorks or EndNote to manage your references
Your Faculty Librarian is also available for more in-depth assistance such as conducting a search for a literature review, or other queries you may have. Don’t hesitate to make an appointment.
