COVID-19 (coronavirus): Latest advice for the Bond community.

10,000 items and counting

August 11, 2015

A memorable milestone for the university’s open access repository was achieved this week with the number of unique items in the [email protected] clicking over the 10,000 mark since its official launch on 21 November 2006.

The repository contains many full text items including books, theses, conference papers and articles in journals published by the Bond community.  It's an archive of research output by academics and students affiliated with Bond University which is accessed by scholars and general readers from all over the world resulting in over 5 million download and viewed counts to date.

The accompanying chart in the picture slider above, indicates the download and view counts achieved for some of the groups of items built up over the last 9 years. The emerging Data Collection series, including the unique Triathlon in Australia Data Set, is also amassing impressive download counts since uploading commenced in 2012.

Explore the repository a little further and you will find a gallery of historical images of the university, a fully peer reviewed bilingual publications and conference site managed online through the repository, research posters and Personal Researcher Pages which showcase Bond researchers’ publications and achievements.

All enquiries about setting up a new Personal Researcher Page, journal  or conference site are welcome. Please contact Antoinette Cass, Manager Scholarly Publications & Copyright, in Library Services.
