Classes & workshops

The Library runs hands-on classes in reference management systems:

  • Endnote
  • RefWorks

Drop-in clinics on various topics are held throughout semester.

Check the calendar on this page for upcoming events. Sessions are also promoted in the student portal and staff daily digest.

NVivo training is offered as a self-paced, online course. Please contact to arrange access.

Additional workshops for researchers can be arranged on request. Talk to your Faculty Librarian about organising a session on any of these:

  • Searching for a literature review
  • Cited reference searching
  • Measuring research impact
  • Research data management

Your ideas for other classes are welcome. Your Faculty Librarian is also available to visit classes, and collaborates with Research Services on training programs for early career researchers and higher degree research students.

Classes and workshops are also advertised in the staff and student daily digest email.
